This 2012 Fisker Karma EcoSport was purchased new by the seller from Fisker of Santa Monica, California, and has remained registered in the state. The car is finished in Shadow over a Black Sand Mono interior and is powered by dual rear-mounted electric motors fueled by a 20.1-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack and a range-extending turbocharged 2.0-liter Ecotec inline-four. The Henrik Fisker-designed aluminum bodywork is finished in Shadow and features a solar roof panel that helps recharge the battery pack. Additional equipment includes bi-xenon headlights, low-energy LED tail lamps, and a rear camera.
Factory staggered-width 22” Circuit Blade wheels are wrapped in 255/35 front and 285/30 rear Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. The car is equipped with Brembo four-wheel disc brakes and regenerative braking as well as electronic stability control with traction control.
The cabin is finished in Black Sand Mono, which features leather and suede seating surfaces with a matching dash, door panels, and carpeting, and reclaimed wood trim accents the full-length center console. Amenities include remote start, interior LED lighting, heated front and rear seats, and a 10.2” touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph digital speedometer as well as a multi-function electronic display that includes readouts for battery charge, range, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles.
The car is driven by two rear-mounted electric motors powered by a 20.1-kilowatt-hour battery pack which produced 402 horsepower and 959 lb-ft of torque when new. A turbocharged 2.0-liter Ecotec inline-four supplies an AC generator that sends power to the electric motors when the battery pack is depleted. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a direct-drive transmission and a limited-slip differential. Service is said to have included replacement of the generator, exhaust center muffler, and starter battery.
The window sticker shows factory colors and options along with a total vehicle price of $107,850.
