This 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage is one of a reported 10 cars finished in Sunpark Sunshine Yellow, and of the three of those sent to the US, this is the only 2006 model. Power is supplied a 32-valve 4.3-liter V8 with a dry-sump lubrication system, and the cabin is upholstered in Obsidian Black leather with contrasting yellow stitching. Equipment includes a six-speed manual transaxle, 19″ five-spoke lightweight forged aluminum wheels, Sports Pack-style suspension components, a limited-slip differential, a stainless-steel QuickSilver Sports exhaust, xenon headlights, heated power-adjustable seats, a LoJack system, navigation, cruise control, and automatic climate control.
The car is finished in Sunpark Sunshine Yellow and features xenon headlights, an integrated rear spoiler, hood vents, LED taillights, and dual exhaust tips. It is the only 2006 model painted this color in the United States according to Aston Martin.
Sports Pack-style 19″ five-spoke lightweight forged aluminum wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Tire pressure monitor sensors are not present. Braking is from Aston Martin-branded black calipers over slotted rotors at all four corners. Sports Pack-style suspension components such as Bilstein dampers and other parts including replacement springs, front lower control arms, and a rear anti-sway bar were installed in July 2019. Aftermarket brake pads without wear sensors were replaced in October 2017, while the power steering fluid was changed in May 2023. The removed factory 19″ seven-spoke alloy wheels with tire pressure monitor sensors are said to be included in the sale.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable seats trimmed in Obsidian Black leather with contrasting yellow stitching along with a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, and door panels. Additional features include a LoJack system, navigation, a CD stereo, cruise control, aluminum pedals, and automatic climate control. The Alcantara headliner was reportedly installed in October 2022. The cigarette lighter socket does not work and a CTEK Comfort Connect adapter has been installed. Included in the sale is an extension cord with an additional cigarette lighter sock that plugs into the Comfort Connect adapter.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a reverse-sweep tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 29k miles.
The 4.3-liter V8 was factory rated at 380 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A stainless-steel QuickSilver Sports exhaust has been added.
A photocopy of the window sticker lists factory equipment, colors and a total suggested retail price of $125,525.
