Just over 11,000 Marauders were built on Ford’s Panther platform in Saint Thomas, Ontario, Canada, over the course of the car’s two-year production run. This final-year example is one of 980 examples finished in Dark Toreador Red Metallic, and it is equipped with a sunroof, black-trimmed headlights, cornering lights, fog lights, keyless entry, an exterior lock pad, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, tinted windows, a rear decklid spoiler, and a dual exhaust system with chrome finishers.
Polished 18″ five-spoke forged wheels are mounted with 235/50 front and 245/55 rear BFGoodrich g-Force tires that show 2007 date codes. The Marauder came standard with speed-sensitive variable assist power steering, Tokico monotube shocks, and self-leveling rear air suspension. Cross-drilled and slotted front brake rotors were installed under previous ownership.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in Dark Charcoal leather with embossed Marauder logos. Accessories include an Audiophile sound system, a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer, an AM/FM/CD/cassette stereo, cruise control, power-adjustable pedals, and automatic climate control.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel fronts a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. Factory AutoMeter gauges in the center stack monitor voltage and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 23k miles.
The 32-valve 4.6-liter DOHC V8 was factory rated at 302 horsepower and 318 lb-ft of torque and is fitted with Ford Racing valve covers. In June 2023 the fuel filter, air filter, and belts were replaced and a coolant flush was performed. An oil change was carried out in preparation for the sale.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, an aluminum driveshaft, and an aftermarket 3.73:1 limited-slip differential. A Stainless Works exhaust system was installed under previous ownership. A transmission fluid flush and a differential fluid flush were performed in preparation for the sale.
The window sticker notes initial delivery to Southgate Mercury in Michigan and lists factory colors, equipped options, and a total MSRP of $36,660.
