The first-generation V12 Vanquish was designed by Ian Callum and features aluminum body panels over an aluminum composite and carbon-fiber chassis. This example is finished in Slate Blue and is equipped with halogen projector-beam headlights, rain-sensing wipers, fog lights, hood and fender vents, an integrated rear spoiler, rear parking sensors, and dual exhaust outlets.
Twelve-spoke 19″ wheels are wrapped in 255/40 front and 285/40 rear Pirelli P Zero tires that are said to have been mounted in preparation for the sale. Braking is handled by gray-finished Aston Martin-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors. The brake pads and rotors were reportedly replaced in March 2021.
The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats trimmed in Caspian Blue leather with gray quilted inserts, matching blue leather on the dashboard and upper door panels, and contrasting gray leather on the center console and lower door panels. The car was optioned with a rear seat delete, and additional appointments include aluminum trim, a quilted headliner, automatic climate control, an analog clock, push-button start, and a factory cassette stereo linked to a trunk-mounted CD changer.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters and silver accent trim frames a 210-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 25k miles.
The 5.9-liter DOHC V12 was factory rated at 460 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electro-hydraulically operated six-speed automated transmission and a limited-slip differential.
