This 1988 Lancia Delta HF Integrale was acquired by the seller out of England, imported to the US in November 2020, and subsequently campaigned in the three-day June 2021 Lewis & Clark Classic Rally in Oregon. The car is finished in red over a gray interior with striped cloth inserts, and power is from a turbocharged 2.0L eight-valve inline-four that drives all four wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox. Additional equipment includes 16″ Speedline wheels, adjustable BC Racing coilovers, and an aftermarket exhaust system. Service carried out in the last 20k miles consisted of an engine overhaul as well as replacement of the crank position sensor, ignition components, wheel bearings, drivetrain mounts, tires, and oil pan gaskets.
The car is finished in Rosso Monza with Martini-style livery and features box-flared fenders, a rear window wiper, integrated fog lamps, and black side skirts. The hood was repainted three years ago according to the seller.
Painted 16″ Speedline magnesium alloy wheels wear 205/45 Continental tires. A four-wheel alignment was carried out under current ownership. The car features BC Racing coilovers that are reportedly adjustable for camber, caster, and damping. Braking is from discs at all four wheels.
The cockpit features Recaro sport seats upholstered in gray suede with striped fabric inserts and Martini Racing patches. Equipment includes power windows, an analog clock, an aftermarket shift knob, console-mounted cupholders, and a center armrest.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for voltage, fuel level, boost pressure, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 175k kilometers (~108k miles).
The turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four features eight valves and was refreshed at 155k kilometers (~96k miles) in Worcestershire, England with a new oil pump, piston rings, and main bearings. The crankshaft was machined and polished, and a rebuilt replacement cylinder head was fitted along with several new seals. The crank and throttle position sensors are said to have been replaced since along with the fuel pump, manifold pressure sensor, water pump, thermostat, ignition coil, and spark plugs. A strut tower brace spans the engine bay.
Exhaust is routed through custom tubing with a back box silencer. The engine and transmission mounts are said to have been replaced, and the upper and lower oil pan gaskets were changed in April 2021.
