This 1971 Datsun 240Z was acquired by the seller in January 2021 from its previous owner, who had reportedly owned the car since 1972. The body was refinished in Monte Carlo Red in 2021 following dent repairs to the hood and the left-rear quarter panel according to the seller. Equipment includes a left-side mirror, bright bumpers and trim, an automatic antenna, and a polished exhaust exit.
Silver 14″ Minilite-style alloy wheels are wrapped in Sumitomo HTR tires. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums.

The engine stamping reads L24-036133, which matches the engine number noted on the underhood data tag.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a replacement five-speed manual transmission that was installed under prior ownership.
