Foose 17″ polished Nitrous wheels are mounted with Falken Ziex ZE950 tires showing 2015 date codes. The car rides on a custom aftermarket chassis with Mustang II-style independent suspension and coilover shocks up front, along with 2″ dropped spindles and power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. Leaf springs and tube shocks are utilized at the rear. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs.
The cabin features Corbeau Sport front seats and rear bench seats trimmed in tri-tone vinyl consisting of Garnet Red with pleated white and Gray Flannel MB-Tex inserts as well as matching door panels and color-coordinated British wool carpets. Additional interior details include Vintage Air climate control, an Alpine CD receiver, a separate Alpine amplifier, Kicker speakers, and lap belts.
A red-leather-wrapped Lecarra steering wheel fronts a body-color dash with milled aluminum instrument and and glovebox panels. VDO instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer flanked by fuel level, charging, oil pressure, and coolant-temperature gauges. A clock is inset on the glovebox door, and an adjustable tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline is clamped to the tilt steering column. The five-digit odometer shows 54k miles.
The 383ci Chevrolet stroker V8 is equipped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, a Walker Radiator Works radiator and fan assembly, an MSD distributor, and a 3″ dual exhaust system with ceramic-coated headers, Magnaflow mufflers, and chrome-tipped rear exits. Underhood dress-up pieces include polished aluminum valve and air cleaner covers and a chrome alternator cover.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 700R4 four-speed automatic overdrive transmission and a 10-bolt rear end sourced from a 1970 Monte Carlo. The final gear ratio is 3.08:1.
