The body features brushed stainless-steel body panels with urethane front and rear fascias mounted on a composite underbody and a Lotus-derived steel chassis. Features include a front spoiler, gullwing doors, rear window louvers, stainless-steel bumper letters, and dual exhaust outlets. The rear louvers were reportedly refurbished, the front license plate holes were filled, the side marker gaskets, louver buffer strips, and rear “DeLorean” letters were replaced, and the hood hinges and gray front fascia were repainted under current ownership. The seller states that the turn signals, side markers, taillights, and brake lights have been replaced with LED units.
Staggered 14″ and 15″ alloy wheels are wrapped in General Altimax RT43 tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs, and a KW V2 coilover suspension kit was installed under current ownership. The sway bar mounts and bushings, the steering column bushing, and the steering rack boots were reportedly replaced in 2021.
The cabin features black leather upholstery with a matching dashboard, center console, and door panels along with gray carpets. Equipment includes air conditioning, a cassette stereo, power windows, and DMC-branded floor mats. A rear console extension with cupholders was installed in 2021 along with a switch alignment plate, an LED climate control panel, dummy switches in the armrest panel, a replacement dead pedal, and replacement window, defrost, turn signal, and wiper switches. The carpets, door seals, passenger knee pad, left door pull-strap cover, and visor covers were reportedly replaced at DeLorean Motor Company of Huntington Beach, California under current ownership, and a seat stud and the left door escutcheon were repaired.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 20k miles, approximately 700 of which were added by the seller. The instrument binnacle was reportedly reupholstered, and a SpeedBox GPS speedometer adapter was added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 2.85-liter PRV V6 was rated at 130 horsepower and 153 lb-ft of torque when new. The seller states that an oil change was performed and the under-hood lamp, washer reservoir and motor, and the engine cover grille inserts and bump stops were replaced in 2021. Additional service under current ownership included the installation of the following replacement parts:

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. A stainless-steel shift linkage and shifter bell-crank mount were installed under current ownership. A front license plate bracket, novelty license plate, coin tray, suspension adjustment tools, and a car cover are included in the sale.
